Welcome to Invale (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website invale.in (“Site”), our dropshipping services, and any orders you place through us as a customer ("you", “your”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms apply to your purchase of products from our Site.
1.2 Invale operates as a dropshipping retailer, sourcing, fulfilling, and shipping products to customers using third-party suppliers — primarily Dropplier — who handle inventory, fulfillment, returns, and delivery logistics.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact information when placing orders.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account details and payment information.

3. Orders & Pricing

3.1 All orders you place on this Site are offers to buy products from us under these Terms.
3.2 Prices, availability, and delivery times are subject to change without notice.
3.3 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are intended to be accurate but may vary slightly.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain errors or are placed fraudulently.

4. Dropshipping Fulfillment

4.1 When you place an order, we forward the order details to our supplier Dropplier, who arranges fulfillment and shipping on our behalf.
4.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for your reference and may vary due to courier or logistics delays.
4.3 Dropplier handles shipping, tracking, delivery, and RTO (Return to Origin) processing, following their internal policies.

5. Payment, COD & Remittance

5.1 You agree to pay for the products and any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges at checkout.
5.2 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the supplier (Dropplier) processes remittance according to their COD policy, typically after confirming delivery status.
5.3 Dropplier’s COD remittance requests must be initiated with correct delivery evidence within specified windows.

6. Returns, Refunds & RTO

6.1 Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which reflects the supplier’s RTO and undelivered order procedures.
6.2 If an order is marked Return to Origin (RTO) by the courier (undelivered), the supplier’s policy may refund the product value less shipping & handling costs.
6.3 You must follow all instructions for requesting a return or refund, including submitting evidence where necessary.

7. Shipment Risk & Title

7.1 Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery by the courier to the shipping address you provided.
7.2 Until delivery, the supplier and Invale retain ownership of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on this Site are the property of Invale or our licensors.
8.2 You agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from this Site without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the services for illegal or unauthorized activities;
Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
Interfere with the Site’s security or performance.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Products are supplied and fulfilled by third parties; therefore, we do not guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery timelines.
10.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including shipping delays, RTO outcomes, or supplier errors.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Invale harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to courts within the appropriate Indian jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
