Return & Refund Policy for Invale

At Invale (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. As we operate using a dropshipping supplier system powered by Dropplier, certain products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Overview
Our return and refund process follows the guidelines of our supplier’s policies, including handling of Return to Origin (RTO) and undelivered orders.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and/or refunds only in the following situations:
a. Product Damaged or Defective

If the product arrives physically damaged or defective.

You must provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue within 2 days of delivery.
b. Wrong Item Received

If a different item, incorrect size, color, or model is delivered.

You must provide evidence showing the incorrect item.
c. Undelivered or RTO Orders

If the order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) by the courier (not delivered).

This will be processed as a refund for the product value (shipping and return costs may be deducted).
3. Return Timeframe

Claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items must be submitted to us within 2 days of delivery.

Requests must include order ID, photos, video evidence (if possible), and a brief explanation of the issue.
4. Steps to Request a Return or Refund

We will review and respond within 48–72 hours.

If approved, we will guide you on next steps, including return shipment where applicable.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit if requested.

For RTO refunds, the refund may be issued as promo credit to be used toward future orders (subject to supplier terms).

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind, personal preference, or color/size differences (unless confirmed incorrect).

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/accessories.

Perishable items or goods marked “final sale”.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipments due to supplier errors (wrong item, defective, damaged) will be covered by us.

For returns due to customer-initiated requests (change of mind), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless otherwise noted.
8. RTO (Return To Origin) Orders
If an order is returned to us by the courier due to undeliverable address or refusal of delivery:

We will refund the product value after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

Backward RTO charges may be applied as per supplier policy.
