Welcome to Invale (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, deliver, and handle the fulfillment of orders placed through invale.in. As a dropshipping store powered by Dropplier, products are shipped directly from our supplier’s logistics network to your address.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
1.1 Dropshipping Fulfillment
All orders placed on our website are forwarded to our supplier Dropplier, who handles order processing, packaging, and shipping directly to your delivery address.
1.2 Processing Time

Orders are usually processed by our supplier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time begins after your payment has cleared and the order is successfully forwarded to Dropplier.
1.3 Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipments are fulfilled via reputed courier partners across India.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location but are generally 2–7 business days nationwide after dispatch, subject to courier performance and serviceability.

Actual delivery times may differ due to factors outside our control (e.g., rural / unserviceable pin codes, logistical delays, public holidays).
2.2 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

4. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
4.1 Undelivered Orders
If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

Customer refusal to accept the order
the shipment may be returned to Dropplier’s warehouse as an RTO (Return to Origin).
4.2 RTO Handling & Impact on Refund

Orders marked as RTO will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping costs and return handling charges may be deducted, as outlined in the supplier policy.

RTO refunds from Dropplier may be issued as store credit / voucher rather than bank refund.
5. Tracking & Notifications

We will notify you by email / SMS at key order stages: Order Confirmed → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

If there is any delay or change in delivery status, tracking information should be checked via courier with the tracking number provided.
6. Address Accuracy
To avoid delivery issues:

Provide accurate and complete delivery information (address, pin code, phone number).

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address or unreachable locations.
7. International Shipping
At present, all orders through Invale are shipped within India only. International shipping isn’t available. If we introduce international delivery in the future, we’ll update this policy accordingly.
